After a 30-year career in the consulting and corporate world, Bruce Gates returned to his entrepreneurial roots and founded Three Oaks Asset Management, a venture capital firm, and Three Oaks Strategies, a management consulting firm. Bruce is participating in several startup ventures in a variety of areas but is particularly focused on the music and entertainment space. He recently opened one of Washington DC’s hot new music venues, the Pearl Street Warehouse, where he is developing local and national touring talent in a high-quality “jewel box” venue in DC’s Wharf waterfront district.
LUKE WOOTEN • PARTNER/PRODUCER
Luke Wooten is the owner of Station West, a recording studio complex located in Nashville, TN. As both a Producer and Engineer, Luke has earned dozens of #1s and multiple awards with artists such as Dierks Bentley, Brad Paisley, The SteelDrivers, and The Louvin Brothers. Over the past 20 years, he has collaborated with producers such as Frank Liddell, Brett Beavers, and Carl Jackson. In 2014 Luke launched Station West Music, an independent publishing company.

Kris Marcy has several years of music industry experience, having worked as an Artist Manager, Tour Manager, Consultant, and being a former artist himself. He's worked alongside some of the business' biggest names, including Brad Paisley, Brooks & Dunn, U2, Chris Stapleton, Matthew & Gunnar Nelson, Keith Urban, John Mayer, Alan Jackson, George Strait, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, among others.
RAFAELA MARONE • MANAGER OF CREATIVE SERVICES
Rafaela Marone moved from her home country of Brazil to the US back in 2013. Since then, she has graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, where she received her B.A. in Media Studies and was a member of entertainment clubs such as SUPERB Productions, BCEC, and CalTV. Rafaela joined the Warehouse West Entertainment team as a Management Coordinator back in 2019, before becoming the Manager of Creative Services in 2021. Prior to moving to Nashville, she held internships at Crush Music, DoTheBay (DoStuff Media), and JV Agency.
